About the role
You will talk with homeowners who are thinking about selling, understand their situation, and work toward a signed purchase agreement. Most of your day is spent on the phone and in follow-ups. This is a sales role for someone who already understands how residential real estate works and is comfortable being paid only on results.
What you will do
Call and follow up with motivated seller leads provided by the company
Ask good questions to understand the property, the seller's timeline, and their reasons for selling
Review property details and comparable sales with the acquisitions team to agree on an offer
Present offers clearly and honestly, and answer seller questions
Negotiate terms and move signed agreements to the transaction team
Keep every lead, call note, and next step up to date in the CRM
Follow all call compliance rules the company provides, including Do Not Call requirements
Nice to have
Experience with real estate wholesaling or investor acquisitions
Experience with a CRM such as Podio, REsimpli, or GoHighLevel
How you get paid
This position is commission only. You earn commission on deals you personally close, based on the company's assignment fee (the fee collected when the deal closes). Commission is calculated each month on your total closed assignment fees for that month, in tiers:
Commission rate :
First $5,000 -> 10%
$5,000 to $10,000 -> 7%
Above $10,000-> 6%
Requirements
A solid understanding of US residential real estate: purchase agreements, comps, ARV, repair estimates, title, and closing
Excellent spoken and written English, clear enough to build trust with US homeowners over the phone
Sales experience, ideally in real estate, acquisitions, or another phone-based role
Comfort with rejection and with a commission-only income
A reliable computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to take calls
Availability during US daytime hours, when most homeowners can be reached
